Oriental Bodywork and Massage
Oriental Bodywork is closely akin to acupuncture without the needles. Traditionally done on a mat on the floor with the client wearing loose comfortable clothing. Fingers, hands and feet are used to apply rhythmic pressure to meridian lines of the body to move Chi and bring about relaxation and healing. The body is also stretched and lengthened in various yoga positions. This helps to restore flexibility, range of motion and improve circulation. The effect is invigorating and refreshing.
